Another Good Blog
Thanks to Sally and her blog, Daimonds in the Rough, I found another blog that I enjoy very much. Actually, sometimes when I visit, it makes my blood boil. Sometimes I just shake my head. Isn't that one about medicating the children sooo sad? What a racket.
ReplyDeleteThat one just broke my heart. I used to be a pediatric nurse and saw that sort of thing ALL the time. So sad. I noticed that one of the doctors I used to work for began prescribing fewer and fewer meds, which made me happy because I'm into alternative medicine and hate pharmaceutical companies. Then one morning he came in all excited and told me he'd decided to go back to school to become a Naturopathic Doctor! I was thrilled. When I asked him what the other doctors thought about that (knowing they'd think he was nuts), he said that since I'd had a lot to do with his decision, I was the first person besides his wife that he'd told. I had no idea that he was really listening to me during those years. :)
